#bv1-Nut Melk
a delicious alternative to cow's milk

- 2-3 Tbsp "raw" cashew pieces or raw blanched almondsm
- 1 ½ c water
|
1. Blend thoroughly in the blender or a food processor for 2-4 minutes until the water becomes white with the blended nuts. (At highest speed.) Strain if a "refined texture is desired; but the remaining pieces do naturally settle to the bottom anyway!

#bv2-Oat Melk
yet another delicious alternative to cow's milk

- 1 banana or 1 Tbs of maple syrup
- 1 c cooked oatmeal
- 2 ½ c water
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
|
1. In a blender or food processor, puree all the ingredients until smooth. Place in container with a tight lid and refrigerate. It will keep approximately 4-6 days

- 2 cups of rice milk
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 2 heaping Tbs of tahini
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Puree all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serves 2.
